The Padina Group (TPG) was formed in 2006. Our founding directors, John Walker and Michael Gallagher, have over 80 combined years of experience with the U.S. Government and the industry. Mr. Walker and Mr. Gallagher held Senior Executive Service positions within the Federal Aviation Administration, in the Air Traffic Operations, and Aircraft Certification Service.
